These Anti Leech Socks by wildroar combine high-quality water-repellent polyester with an above-knee length and dual fastening system to provide superior protection against leeches and mosquitoes. ## Description

Designed by Wildlife Photographers from their own experience in wild. We tested these socks in Amboli forests and the response from team was- what a relief to feet. It saved them from not only leeches but mosquito bites as well. Few key features of these socks: Water repellent material Seamless Design Long Length to give protection till above knees Easy to fit with clinch cord at two places High quality material Dull olive colour blends well with nature but it is plain enough to help spot leeches easily. Top portion is made of water repellent fabric and bottom portion is also made of water repellent fabric, it helps to reuse them. There are big loops provided, where you can tuck the strings- so they don’t tangle in small trees etc. There are additional cotton strings to tighten the socks. One has to wear these Anti Leech socks above regular socks and trouser. It comes with attractive carry pouch. There are few brands who are copying our products and Ideas. Please note that our Leech Socks are made of very high quality fabric, other companies might copy our design but they cannot give you such high quality product. So please choose wisely.

Hence one need to check if leeches have climbed over. Dont enter place of stay after trekking wearing leech socks as many leeches will still be hidden between the pant and leech socks which needs to be removed. I removed nearly 10-15 leeches of various sizes. Others who did not wear leech socks had to work harder removing them frequently during treckking which i did not have to.

Used it in Ponmudi ( Near Trivandrum) trekking. It definitely protects your leg from leeches but leeches climbover as its not coated with leech repellent. Hence one need to check if leeches have climbed over. Dont enter place of stay after trekking wearing leech socks as many leeches will still be hidden between the pant and leech socks which needs to be removed. I removed nearly 10-15 leeches of various sizes. Others who did not wear leech socks had to work harder removing them frequently during treckking which i did not have to.

We went on a trek deep into a dense forest - 52 of us in total. Everyone came back with at least 5-6 leech bites… except me! I was the only one who returned completely bite-free, and it’s all thanks to these amazing leech socks. I travel often to areas known for heavy leech activity, and this has easily been one of my best purchases on Amazon. The material is strong, the fit is good, and it really does what it’s supposed to. Just a small tip: sometimes the socks might loosen during the trek, but you can simply tie the elastic rope tight to keep them in place - once secured, not a single leech could get in. Trust me, this product saved me from a lot of trouble. Highly recommended if you’re trekking in leech - infested regions. Leech army came in mass, but not one got through!
