I don't believe there's anyone interested by a greater understanding of SQL that would not benefit from spending time with this gem. This book teaches not only practical knowledge, but also gives theoretical knowledge as well. The theoretical knowledge teaches you to understand the concepts, and the practical knowledge teaches you how to do the concepts. The diagrams in this book are excellent and the table designs in the appendix give you a visual representation of how the tables are set up. If you want a thorough explanation of SQL and how to query at a beginning to intermediate level, then this book is the one you should buy.
