Arrived missing a small soft-close pad on the rim and instead of sending me the part they wanted me to return the whole thing and they would send me a new unit. I don't want to be wasteful-the customer service agent told me the whole thing would be discarded if I returned it. There is nothing wrong with it other than the missing piece so I just kept it. Seems strange they wouldn't stock replacement parts.
