They work wonderfully. I initially received a set with damaged pans, which from the looks of it were from shipping and not defects. They sent a replacement set out immediately and they were in perfect condition. I have already recommended this set to friends and family and don't have any complaints with the quality as all. As I said, they are well worth the price! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great 12 piece set with one caveat *by K***M on Reviewed in the United States on 8 January 2021* I bought this for my wife. She loves the set. Stacks perfectly in our cupboard. The vessels heat evenly and quickly. The nonstick surfaces allow us to use less oil and they clean in a snap. The reason for the 4 stars is that the 6 quart stock pot is not perfectly round - has a flat spot. I contacted Calphalon to initiate a warranty replacement. They opened a case and asked for pictures. It remains to be seen if they replace the vessel, pay for return shipping costs, and how quickly they ship a replacement. I will update this review and increase the points depending on how they respond.Update:I called Calphalon Customer Service. The person I spoke with was very courteous and professional. She apologized for the problem I was having with the 6 quart stock pot. After reviewing the pictures I emailed to them she initiated a replacement stating that she will personally monitor the case to make sure that the replacement is promptly sent to me. She did not require that I ship the defective pot back to Calphalon.
