This item is really good and offers two ways to use the torch beam. You can this as a normal torch or as a free-standing torch by switching on the second beam. Our old lantern was well travelled and we went nowhere without it. It is really useful at night if you have to change a wheel as you can stand it on the floor without it falling over. This touch instead works either or, so either the touch is on or the flip out is on, never at the same time, which can be a bit annoying.
