I’ve read that it is very reinforcing to actually hear your own voice aloud encouraging yourself. I have a hard time talking to myself out loud so I’m making voice memos from these cards and play them back to me periodically throughout the day. I’m so happy I purchased these. I’m considering purchasing the ones for “love”.
