Pay attention to where you are buying it from on amazon, if it’s a low review shipper it might show up damaged, as well as the two and three packs are cheaper from other sellers, just one or two days slower. Also check Walmart they stock this filter on there website for cheaper sometimes.Overall If you know filters Baldwin and Mobil 1 are some of your easiest to come by and the best in filtration. They both have stainless steel canisters, synthetic filter media, and a good stainless steel cage to prevent collapsing for high HP applications. Honestly wouldn’t surprise me if they came out of the same factory. HOWEVER, in a side by side cut open comparison, the Baldwin has better placement of filter media, slowing oil to flow easier through the filter, while the Mobil 1 is more tightly packed with filter media.In my eyes, the Mobil 1 is a little too restrictive and might hurt your oil pump as well as possibly cause excess heat. That’s why Baldwin is just right on the money with the build of the filter. Mobil 1 would be better for a severe duty truck accumulating more hours than miles so you can get better filtration in the long run. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Duramax LLY *by R***R on Reviewed in the United States on January 18, 2021* I’m well into 350,000 miles and going strong from using only the Mobil 1 oil filters on my truck, but when I recently read Gale Banks had tested oil filters for the Duramax and this was the one that stood out for them I decided I’d make the switch. The reality is I’m just a driver, enthusiast and my own mechanic, not a Duramax engineering expert like the people at Banks are so I’ll trust what they say, and after all, they have nothing to gain from these filters and even less to gain if your truck isn’t working at its absolute best.I guess I’ll see if I can put another 350,000 miles on my Duramax after making the switch from Mobil 1 filters to the Baldwins, after all, my decision to use the Mobil 1 filters was only based on it being a brand I knew with a good reputation, before seeing the Banks test report I had never even heard of Baldwin filters, so my own reason of using what I had been certainly wasn’t very scientific. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A good Fuel filter replacement for the Airdog 2 *by W***L on Reviewed in the United States on October 10, 2019* I am using this 2 micron filter as a replacement fuel filter for a Airdog 2.
