Review: Like a Visit to Vicenza - We tried this at a friend's house, made with the intensivo pods in the red packages. It was, by far, the best espresso we have tasted from any machine of this kind, and from all but a few coffee shops outside of Italy. It's been a few years since we lived in Bella Italia, but at the first sip of this espresso I was transported back to a little Carabinieri-run cafe that was once the subject of daily visits on the way to, and during, work. Amazing how flavors and aromas stimulate memory. Wish my machine did that.

A: Thank you for your inquiry about our S.12 machine. Unfortunately with this unit we can only use Essse Cafe Capsules; but those capsules can be used on other machines.

**Q: Why water is coming out back into dumpet**
A: Try descaling your espresso machine to make sure the pressure is where it should be.
