I had a massive problem with the right sides on the ZA12, EC2-A and the EC1-A which was a shame because I especially loved the shapes of the Zowie EC series mice. This mouse has almost the exact same contour as the Zowie EC mice while having proper support for your ring and pinky fingers. The scroll wheel is much better than the mice I've just listed and the side buttons are in a different league, didn't like how mushy the side buttons were on the EC mice.For reference I have 18.5cm hands from the tip of my middle finger to my wrist and I use a palm-grip. I would definitely recommend this mouse for those with 18cm+ hands and use a palm grip.
