Review: Excellent USB switch - An extremely useful add-on, if you were running to computers and having to share printers and a mouse. It is easy to switch between computers by just a press of a button. I used to have to remove the USB cords from one computer and plug them into another, which was a real pain. This completely eliminates all these extra steps. It is made out of somewhat flimsy plastic, but appears adequate because it’s not under any stress. It is somewhat difficult to find a good place to put it because their wires coming out of both ends and it tends to take up space on the desk. All in all, it’s a decent product.

I needed a way to connect two old monitors to two desktop PCs while sharing a single wired mouse and keyboard, and this did the trick! I still have to manually change the monitor inputs (clicking a couple buttons on the screens - no big deal), but this has been working well and I saved some money by not needing to buy a big hub. Easy to hook up, though a little bulky once you have all the cables in. But that is to be expected, and you can use the little sticky pads to affix it under your desk or shelf to keep everything out of the way but still accessible.
