**Q: I can't get it to shoot mist only like a jet like water gun how do you make it into a mist?**
A: Due to the 100% purity of the sesame oil used in NozAid, the viscosity is higher than water so it will appear more as a stream than a mist.

**Q: Does the spray get all the way into the sinuses?  It says not to inhale it so I guess you do not sniff when spraying it in your nose?**
A: It is meant to coat the nasal passages. Spray in each nostril then spread it around by massaging the outside of your nose. Use it daily to keep the inside of your nose nourished and healthy.”

**Q: Is noz aid fda approved?**
A: No. They are regulated by the FDA but not approved.

**Q: i received a much smaller bottle?....even the cover of the bottle is different.  why?**
A: The bottle is small unlike a regular nose spray. It still pumps like regular nose spray but comes out in a stream.
