Customer service was awesome and sent details and pictures to help with my install. The unit only synced in Compatible Mode so it was frustrating to deal with that part. I can now operate my new fireplace from my phone and set up times for it turn on while monitoring the temperature. I’m super excited about regulating the fireplace temperature without the guesswork or the extra legwork of walking into the room to turn it on. Now I can walk into a warm room! I did install an emergency manual on switch for this guy, so he has heat when something happens. Simple heat is always better.
