I had strained my Achilles heel and it hurt and was swollen. This gentle cold wrap was just perfect. The soft cold wrap on the difficult to reach spot was just perfect. The cold wrap is easy to get cold, just place in freezer for 2 hours and then just slip over your foot. If it is too cold leave your sock on and slip on your foot. Just so easy and functional. I would assume you could use on tennis elbow it is so flexible. It is reusable.
