I found out about Vinyl Status through their Instagram ads and ordered multiple Instagram tag decals and another one which I don't even remember what it said because the quality was sub-par and I threw it away (when mentioned I was told it was just the font I selected)My concerns arose when nothing was told to me about my very straightforward order after nearly a month. When I did email I didn't get a response and after about 3 emails I decided to go back to instagram. I DMd their account which was very active and still even sponsored more ads in my feed. This DM was seen and ignored. I followed up and again it was ignored. I then commented on their page under one of their posts expressing my concern with my order as well as their ignoring my messages/emails. At this point, I had 0 clue if this company was legit and was nervous I was getting scammed. I checked back the following day and they had deleted my comment. I was definitely upset at this point. Messaged again and got a sorry excuse and no answer to my questions. They ended up having to respond to my email after deleting several more of my comments and I was sent an auto response blabbing about how they are "a small company and are having trouble fulfilling orders" which would have been perfectly acceptable even as an auto response to my FIRST email sent weeks prior at this point. What annoyed me more about this is seemingly every day they were posting on their instagram and sponsoring ads in MY feed let alone others looking for MORE customers when they couldn't fulfill mine after nearly 2 months (mind you I only ordered 3 stickers).This company recently sponsored yet another post in my feed on a separate account of mine after I finally gave up on them and blocked them on my other. This reminded me how there was simply no where to leave a constructive review as clearly the comment section was the only place to do that and they just deleted them with no issue. Anyways found their Amazon shop and HAD to finally have my piece and leave my review I would have given them a solid 3 stars if they simply allowed me to get my questions answered and provide my thoughts, but their solution to seemingly everything is deleting it and moving on.
