I have bought both ground varieties and have since discovered my love for whole beans- which bones offers! The flavor choices are amazing, the coffee stays fresh for months if stored properly, comes in multiple roasts and strengthens, and packs a pretty nice caffeine boost. Overall, bones will likely always be my number 1 pick because of the consistent flavors, quality, fabulous customer service, and super cute packaging ( ssshhhhh, I know it’s cheesy).

A: Yes! Our coffee has no sugar or sweeteners. An 8oz brewed cup has ~2 calories, 0g carbs, and 0g sugar.

**Q: ARE THERE ANY ALLERGENS PRESENT IN YOUR COFFEE?**
A: While not currently certified, our ground and whole bean coffee is FREE of all major allergens recognized by the FDA. This includes: dairy, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soybeans.
