Teff is a powerhouse of nutrition. I tried looking at a couple local grocery stores unfortunately none carry it so of course found it on Amazon. Arrived quickly and everything was nicely sealed up and protected. Product looks good, had no bugs or debris and taste super yummy, as a porridge. I haven't experimented with cooking it any other way. The only thing I found odd, was that the grains seemed somewhat magnetized to my fingers when I ran them ever so slowly just above the actual grains.
