The frame feels very sturdy. It was extremely easy to assemble. I had no trouble with the locking clips -- all the holes matched up perfectly. It doesn't take up too much room when assembled, and I absolutely love how easily it tears down to fit in the included carrying bag.In the best of all possible worlds, I would love a little more height from the bar so I don't have to bend my knees, but I can't realistically expect that of a freestanding unit with a relatively small footprint like this . It is just as tall as it was represented to be -- about 6'4". The lowered bar is perfect for Australian pull ups and dips. The bar has a larger diameter than my Iron Gym, which is a bit more difficult to hold on to, but in the long run will be great for improving my grip strength.The vertical poles do wobble a bit when I put my full weight on the bars (I'm 6'1" and about 195 lbs.), but that's mostly because I'm wobbly. Even so, the frame never feels unstable. As my strength and stability improve, that will happen less and less. In fact, it gives me an easy way to measure my control and a goal to shoot for.Very happy with this product and looking forward to using it to begin a new calisthenics routine! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Simple, easy to setup, small fitment issues *by J***N on November 21, 2018* My apartment has doors that are too wide for any of the pull-up bars, plus I didn't want to risk damage to the frames. This is a perfect solution, takes about 2 minutes to completely break down and put into the convenient storage bag. While in use it is pretty sturdy. It wobbles a tiny bit but that is completely expected given it's a standalone unit. If you want to do those crossfit kipping pull-ups I'm not really sure if this would be a good option.The only thing that puts this at less than 5 stars is not all the security pins fit into it. I've tried configuring it in different ways, but I think they only solution would be to get out a metal grinder and make small adjustments. That said, all but one of the pins fit and it functions fine. By the way it shipped from Europe and got here in California really quick.
