Comodissima la rotella "cambia spessore e tipo di taglio"..mi confronto con amici che hanno 10 accessori da intercambiare ogni volta e pulire..TNS lo uso, lo lavo subito e poi lo asciugo subito con un panno, ed è come nuovo. La lama è abbastanza affilata per pomodori, melanzane, cipolla, peperoni e carote...comodissimo e veloce il taglio Julienne!!
