We all want safety. However in Safety 1 and Safety 2 we learned that it is more important in complex systems to understand why things go well almost all the time. The result in an organization is resilience. Meaning recovery and good outcomes despite potentially adverse stresses and events.

Very useful for myself as my role involves safety. Text is quite dense and diagrams are interspersed but not as prominent as i might be used to. Still a good teference for someone interested in safety culture.
