Rather that using a dough, we most of the time get the wrapper. Every time we make dumpling, my 4 year old wants to participate and make dumplings with us. This dumpling kit with ingredients was very good way to start from scratch and teach her about the dumpling, recipe. Overall she enjoyed the process and she ate all the dumplings that she made.If you look at this kit as food, its quite expensive. The All purpose flour that in the pack is very elastic so hard to roll to make dumpling thin. The colors that in the kit are good considering the fact that they are all natural as it colored the dough perfect when used in right amount. I used 1 cup of flour to 1 pack of color.
