Looked nice but very bright at night. Actually wrapped it in a page of A4 paper and it is still brighter than I would like.The number separator blinks - why on earth would you want a blinking light in your room. Covered that with a strip of non-see through cardboard.Strange, it doesn't look so nice now but heading for being functional, which I guess is what matters.Makes a very unpleasant, very loud beep when you press any of the buttons. Fortunately, I don't need it as an alarm clock or it would drive me and my partner round the bend if I needed to change the time.Was unable to set the time successfully when I first got it until after I had reset it.
