It is a little pricey but it is Cuisinart a brand that you can trust. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product *by M***N on September 16, 2025* Works beautifully ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Made nice Pesto - but couldn't get the work bowl off the Base! *by R***I on July 7, 2025* First time I used it, I made a basil pesto sauce. I loaded the work bowl with basil leaves, garlic cloves and pine nuts. It made quick work of chopping the ingredients. I added the olive oil and it reduced the ingredients to a smooth mixture. Last ingredient in was the Parmesan cheese, and it blended nicely. Then came the problem! I was unable to remove the work bowl from the base. I removed the lid first, as is required and I unplugged the device. No matter how I struggled, I could not turn the work bowl off the base. I finally resorted to using a mallet to whack the little handle on the work bowl. That did the trick.
