Some how one supports got jammed which was causing it not to open. I pried it out and it works now. I'll leave it with four stars since I did have an issue with it and I don't know if it's going to continue. also, I will say that the button to open and close. there's a little difficult to push in. But it does work.I received this umbrella January 3rd And it worked great the first few times I opened it when I first received it. A month later when I needed it for the first time it started to open and got stuck. I had to shake it for it to open. The next day I still needed it and it won't open at all. I would exchange it and give it a second chance before leaving a bad review but the return window closed Feb. 3rd. I guess they new it would only last a month. 😂 Other than it not opening after a month it seem really nice. But not useful obviously . I thought this one was going to be good.
