Who does that? Amazing customer service, now I know it doesnt have very often, but the same day within the hour? All I can say is WOW. If anybody wants a great easy install awesome shower head you have to get this cause they give everything and I do mean everything but the kitchen sink and the plumber.By the way customer service also shipped me a NEW bonus speaker because it wouldn't stick to the sliding window. Let see if that work, but it doesn't matter because customer service call back and backing up the product was my concern and they did it with no complain. It’s only a week hopefully it keeps working this well. This is a edit now. I can’t charge it the extension of the cord broke already. It’s not easy to replace it’s a certain aux. I can’t contact seller to exchange.
