I wouldn't listen to them, first the chromapop lense are unbelievable, especially the brown lenses that are unbelievable to view, just as good as Maui Jim's, Costa, any of the top of lines. The Brown lenses are especially great for dusk or dawn, much brighter/crisp yet still protect very well from midday sun. I get compliments about how stylish they are too. Don't hesitate.I also bought these used from Amazon warehouse, they looked brand new with the sticker on the lense.
