This compass is very accurate and quite easy to use. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wellmade *by M***L on March 26, 2026* Item as described, fast shipping, nice little compass I use in my woodworking projects, main body is made of brass and looks to be well-made. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great compass/scribe *by D***N on October 17, 2015* Great scribe, really does the job. I got a heavy duty Groz compass that would be great for making circles but it aint to good when you need to scribe a line to fit something together. This is lighter duty but the geometry is just right and seeing as it's not a hammer I don't know how heavy duty it needed to be. It's pot metal painted brass, they lost a star for that just because it seemed a little misleading. I would have happily given it five stars if it were painted or powdercoated some other color.
