To charge your phone, you have to hold the dock and hold phone tightly and push phone down on the dock firmly. And to remove phone from dock you also have to use both hands. ### ⭐ You have to remove the case each time!!! *by S***S on February 26, 2018* The thought behind this product is lacking. If you don't mind having to remove your case each time you charge your phone then this is the product for you. Phones with even the thinnest case won't fit on this dock. I have tried it with both a Note 5 and a Note 8 with the thinnest possible single layer TPU/silicone case and you can't even dock it unless you remove the case.
