For under $700 dollars, I had a modern, touch screen scan tool that worked on all modules (ECT, Transmission, Airbags, ABS, Body Control Module, Stabilatrak, on and on). My Autel Scan Tool arrived promptly. I plugged it into my 2008 Tahoe and it immediately gave me the error code (the passenger side pretensioner seatbelt had high resistance). I replaced this part and the error codes were gone… This scan tool was a third of what I paid for my OTC scan tool 18 years ago and has much more functionality. The first year unlimited license is included in the purchase price. It’s a $169 a month per year after that. In my opinion, this is a great scan tool at a very good price that gets the job done.
