I read endless reviews and watch every video. You will definitely need 2 people to put it together. It wasn’t hard it just took a couple of hours. Make sure you preheat the oven until it reaches 450-500 degrees. It take about 15-20 min to get to this temperature The first time I used it, I had a problem getting the pizza dough off the pizza peel. Before putting your dough on the pizza peel make sure you put a little semolina flour down first. This will help it slide off easier when transferring your pizza into the oven, otherwise your dough will stick to the pizza peel and you will not be able to transfer it and you will have a mess. Watch your pizza. These ovens are hot and the pizza cooks really fast. There is a learning curve but with persistence you will be making great pizza. You won’t be going to buy pizza out anymore.
