Very comfortable like you're wearing no bra. You could totally sleep in it if need be. The wide band at bottom did not roll up on me and was comfortable on my ribs. Supportive enough for 38C not sure about women who are larger sized. I read complaints about it coming apart. This is true a little as the one I already own did this. I used fabric glue to repair it though and it worked well. The new one has not come apart. Hand wash and it'll last longer. Love it.
