Will it slip when you are doing some exercise on it ?** A: Hasn't moved at all for me, mine is on a hard tile floor and the bottom is a fine honeycomb-like texture. It does "ripple" up just a bit when I put outward pressure on it when stretching because the mat has some stretch in it, but it hasn't been a problem. I previously had the interlocking squares that constantly came apart and slipped on the floor. This mat stays in place on my ceramic tile floor while I do yoga, lift weights, and plyometric exercises. It is a pretty green color that does not have any odor. It had a slight odor when I first opened it but it was gone the next morning. The padding is a good amount, but a bit thin when on my knees and back. I use a small rectangular yoga mat when on my knees.
