The pork shoulder I wrapped were about 10 lbs each. The size 22 fit on their nice without having to feel like I was trying to fit a 10lb ham in a 3lb bag. Pro tip, work the netting to the middle of the pork shoulder and work out from either end. Took me a few to figure that one out, but it helped me.
