**Q: Solution for paper jam**
A: After reverse and forward a few times. If it still stuck I pull paper out with a pliers while it’s reversing.

**Q: Credit cards: are they shredded in strips or micro cut size same as paper.**
A: Credit cards, paper are shredded micro cut size.

**Q: how tall is the shredder without the wheels?**
A: Approximately 17 3/4" tall without the wheels.

**Q: My old Royal had a removable top (and a basket).  I could remove the top, flip it over, and clear any paper jams. Does this one allow that?**
A: No removable top, safer that way. So far, it has preformed very well, no paper jams, a bit noisier than our previous one and no overheating with continuous use. Overall, great for the price.
