I didn't open it until I had somebody to install it and we did not realize the holes weren't going to match up until we had the entire wall section installed. therefore we needed to take it down again and put the old one up until we could get the correct bracket. ### ⭐ Backplate and hook is worthless *by L***. on Reviewed in the United States on April 10, 2018* The bracket plate and hooks are thin and flimsy, it naturally tilts downward too much. Because I have already attached wall mounted pieces, I had to use my old brackets to replace the ones provided with mods.
