I always put my bras in lingerie bags and hang them to dry after washing them in the washing machine, which helps them last longer. Using a lingerie bag prevents them from twisting around other clothing during laundry. For sizing, they are true to size, so if you buy your regular size, they should fit well and be comfortable.
