Decided to send that one back and ordered this one. It works both hardwired and wireless. I would recommend this if you need a remote control. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They work perfectly on Canon XF-605 camcorder *by J***S on November 29, 2025* Canon XF-605, with current firmware, appears to work perfectly with these remotes (I have two identical cams). Love the feel and the ease of setup. They clamp on to the tripod handle and, boom! The thumb focus control feels great and I think I'm going to be very happy with these, which can be used wireless or wired (hardware included). Not sure if two can be run wireless in the same shoot as they may be on the same frequency...that would be a bit of a drag...but I haven't gotten that far yet.
