It has a nice first-aid kit and lots of essential gear included. The backpack is very sturdy, with straps attaching the shoulder straps to the backpack in addition to the shoulder straps attachment points. I added a lot to this kit, and now carrying close to 30 pounds with no signs of stress to the pack.
