NO. - They definitely exfoliate your leg and may make it a little easier to shave or wax your legs afterward, but I bought these mitts hoping they would replace shaving or waxing. It removes some hair but not from the root or base of the hair strand and it doesn't get all the hair at one time. It doesn't produce a "clean shaven" result. Disappointed and I will not purchase this product again.
