It fits nicely but nothing would happen when it was touched. When searching YouTube for videos demonstrating how to replace the home button there were some that stated that the home button was not replaceable. There were others who said it was replaceable and demonstrated how to do it. I understand the issue with fingerprint recognition.The original home button gave me a rapid fire affect. I had to be very light on the touch to get it to work. It finally decided to always give me the rapid fire affect. Unfortunately this replacement home button does not work at all. It just doesn't respond to a touch. I reinstalled the original hoping it would somehow work right but it didn't.
