The book reveals how the salespeople are trained and this will look familiar to those who have experienced a timeshare sales presentation. The letters included in the book are from actual timeshare owners who had their contracts cancelled and received refunds. The names are "changed to protect the innocent" and the made up names used for the letter writers and the timeshare companies are absolutely hilarious. Many of us have been to timeshare presentations disguised as "sales meetings" or "prize awards" supposedly lasting for 90 to 120 minutes which developed into 4-5 hour or more grueling marathons with high noise levels, high-pressure sales methods and overloads of information. Some customers of these companies are contented with their timeshare purchases which are usually warranty deeds and/or deeds of trust or their equivalent perpetually locking them and their descendants into maintenance and membership fees generationally until the contract is cancelled or nullified. If so, this book is not for them, but is for those who are dissatisfied with timeshare sales tactics they may have encountered and seek an empowering and lawful path of exoneration.
