Reasons explained. *by J***Y on Reviewed in the United States on April 6, 2018* Horrible product for a few reasons. First, product "support" only lasts for the year of the product. After that, if you want to make changes to your will, you need to order the newest year. So I have up until Dec 31, 2018 to make changes, then I need to buy the newest year product over again if I want to update it again.If that's not enough, they are so concerned with you stealing their "intellectual property" that they make it impossible to tweak your will or make any changes to the document itself. Like turbotax, it has a wizard interface. The problem is that it is a bit cludgy, so if you want to change anything, you need to go back through the wizard for that section. The problem is that any changes you make wipe out ALL of the progress you made from that step forward. For example, if you want to make a change for something in step 2 and you were on step 10, well then you need to do steps 3-10 over again.Lastly, this might work if you have an "easy" scenario. But if you need any special circumstances....even something as simple as having different scenarios how your assets are handled if you children are under 18 or over 18, you're in for a tough time.Just bad. ### ⭐ My Info was SOLD *by C***. on Reviewed in the United States on March 20, 2018* I received this yesterday and today, I get two phone calls wanting to sell me burial plots. I gave up on them because they were not flexible enough to do what I needed. I decided to try the Nolo Quicken Willmaker Plus due to the good reviews. They were right. This product comes with a large book that explains everything and easy to install CD software for Windows or Mac (I used the Windows version). The program is simple to use and understand, totally flexible, and allows for infinite revisions as needed. You can make wills for several people with it.
