I needed something to ease my joint pain that was vegetarian or vegan. I can tell you this product has really worked well for me.I only take it when my shoulder rotator pain flairs up, usually just taking one or two per day, and it really reduces the pain significantly. I usually only take it the day my pain flairs up, and then the pain subsides. Eventually the pain returns a day or two later, but if it gets bad I just take another one of these capsules as needed. At first I thought it sounded like some kind of nonsense hyped product that probably wouldn't work, but was pleased with the results I've experienced & am glad I found it.
