I have been using plastic shields of different brands like this for years. I had seen some that work better than others. This one was the “overall pick” so I thought I’d give it a try. Big mistake. This shield does not stick well enough and does not stay on. I had learned in the past that you need to make sure your face is clean and not oily, no trace of makeup or make-up remover. It has to be dry and clean. I wash my face and give it time to dry first before I put this thing on to shower and wash my hair. As soon as my hair got wet, the corners of this thing came undone. The whole shield came off before I could even put shampoo on my hair. And that’s with me facing away from the shower head. WTH?! So the next day I tried it again. Maybe it’s just a fluke or a bad piece from that batch. Nope. This might be an old stock that the sticky part had gotten bad. I thought it stuck well when my face was dry, but as soon as I get water on my head, this thing literally falls off.
