Just download the app. *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 February 2021* Got these in for the mother in laws keys/car keys.Personally find pairing to smartphone very easy, accurate and does expertly as it should.Just download the app, follow the simple instructions and your good to go.Side note, ensure you activate the “Crowd locate Alert” when you go to the individual settings of each tag. This will allow the tag to be seen by any other individual with this app and then that “ping” will be sent to the third party server. When you loose it and can’t find it locally, you’ll interrogate the server and it will then send back any “sightings” that have been recorded by other users. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Looses connection arbitrarily *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 January 2021* Connects to phone (IOS 14.3) but drops connection after a variable number of days.
