The only thing I did was use an impact gun and swapped the pulleys. The wiring connection was perfect. The original was in pretty bad shape. Now I know where all the noise was coming from! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worked great for Bobcat 873 *by B***T on March 11, 2021* BICS was going off occasionally on my 873 - all lights flashing and locked up. I replaced the seat bar switch and checked the brake switch but those didn't fix it. Then I read that voltage over 15 VDC or under 9 VDC could cause BICS lock up. Old alternator was putting out 14.8 at idle on a good battery. I installed this new alternator a couple months ago and the BICS has not gone off since. I think the old alternator was sometimes bumping up over 15 VDC at higher revs. I hope this new alternator fixed it. Working great so far! Edit: This alternator is still working fine but the BICS started acting up after a while.
