The only criticism is that I think double stitching along the outside edge would help with reducing the chance of chisels cutting through the single stitching. I just use it carry my Linesman Pliers, a ratcheting screwdriver and a few punch tools. I understand the previous comments about the smaller pockets, they're very tight and pretty much useless apart from the narrowest tools. Its well stitched and very soft, mine's not rigid or stiff in any places. Feels like thick untreated suede so should last for years.
