This soft-shell weighted baseball training set is an excellent tool for both hitting and pitching training. Each set comes with 6 balls that are 32, 21, 14, 7, 5, and 3.5 oz in weight. These balls are popular with pitchers for velocity development and they are excellent for pregame warm-up, pitching practice and training, and post-game recovery. Each set comes with a convenient carrying case. Balls come without seams or with seams on the 14, 7, 5, and 3.5 oz ball) This set is excellent for pitching velocity training. Excellent for pre-game warm-up for all baseball players. May be used for hitting drills and are designed for indoor or outdoor use. Review: Good Option for a Plyo Ball Training Set - I purchased 2 of these sets of balls for my sons, who are both baseball players that pitch. They're both high school players and wanted to do off-season workouts using weighted balls to build arm strength. There are many options for plyo/weighted balls out there, and this set was reasonably priced and provided the variety in weights that I wanted for their training. Comes with a bag to store the balls, which is a nice convenience. The balls have held up well over the first few months of use. The printing on the balls will fade / chip off quickly, so we wrote the respective ball weight on each ball with a sharpie which has been fine. The bag may rip over time if it's being used to carry balls all over the place. Overall, these are a decent option for a weighted ball set, and I would recommend them over some of the higher priced competing brands on the market.

A: No. It is a hard rubber texture.

A: The red, orange, yellow, and green are about the size of a baseball. The blue is a little bigger and the gray is the size of a softball roughly.

**Q: Can u throw on conctrete wall??**
A: Yes, as long as the surface is smooth. We do not recommend throwing them against cinderblock.

**Q: Can you use this for hitting too?**
A: Yes, they are great tools for hitting training as well as for pitching.
