**Q: Where can you purchase a new sensor for this analyzer? Are they easy to find?**
A: Yes, they are fairly easy to find.  Class r-17S oxygen sensor - or contact Analox - their replacement sensors are a bit more but have a 3 year warranty.  Most others are only good for a year to two.

**Q: Can this measure oxygen content in a room in my house, or is it only designed for use with diving equipment?**
A: The Palm D oxygen analyzer is only intended for use with compressed gases for SCUBA diving.  It is not suitable for other applications.

**Q: Just arrived today, may send back tomorrow.  Manual says can't use 21% air for measuring nitrox levels (32%, 36%). Any solution besides using 100%?**
A: Not sure your question.  21% (20.9%) is air at 1 atm - what we breath in our atmosphere.  Use regular compressed to calibrate.  If it is saying that you can't calibrate with 21% then I would be suspect.  In that case you will need to get a tank of enriched air at known analysis and keep to calibrate the unit (and store it in an aluminum container - not steel) - very problematic.  If that is the case I would return and opt for a unit that can be calibrated with standard compressed breathing air.  Try the Analox - have had great success and their new sensors are good for three years.
