It works great and the colors are beautiful. It's cold to step on of course, as it's glass but it's very sturdy and well made. The digital readout is easy to read, the numbers are large. The only thing that I have an issue with is that it has trouble "locking in" on my weight. I think this is because I'm a wiggler. I have a really hard time balancing and holding still. However, this lock in feature works great for everyone else and the scale still does its job for me. It comes batteries included and so far I haven't had to replace them yet. Be aware.
