If I place this product on top of a photo card will the photo sparkle, shine, and show thru the glitter?** A: It is NOT totally clear. **Q: Is this a clear glitter, or is it white? I need it for nail art, and am looking for a clear iridescent glitter.** A: It is super sparkly, I used it on the crocheted snowflakes I made.
